Meet Edward Robison, the culinary mind behind the legendary Gawdawful. In 1967, he and his wife founded Big Ed’s Diner at the University of Utah. Ed, aiming to create a hangover cure, blended unique foods and spices. The original Gawdawful featured Ed's award-winning chili, hash browns, fried eggs, raw onion, cheddar cheese, and hot sauce. Jennifer, Ed's daughter, ingeniously adapted this hearty delight into a crepe. The chili recipe remains Ed's original masterpiece, ensuring a unique and flavorful experience at Caffe Torino.
